Akıllı Catering
An end-to-end operations platform for catering businesses, with AkiCa — an AI assistant backed by ~120 tools.
Starting point
Information in catering operations was scattered: stock in spreadsheets, menus over chat, waste logged on paper, costs only visible at month-end. The goal was to bring the entire customer → menu → recipe → stock → purchasing → waste → cost chain onto a single platform.
Approach
We enforced multi-tenant isolation at the application layer with an organization filter on every query, and built a two-tier permission model: a superadmin console at the platform level, and roles, permission bundles and resource-level restrictions at the organization level.
Build
We brought signals like critical stock and open purchase-order risk into a single Risk Engine, used by both the dashboard's alert center and AkiCa — an AI assistant with ~120 tools and ~23 workflows.
Outcome
The result is a SaaS product with an AI layer grounded in real data, running end-to-end from recipes to periodic profit/loss analysis — built in roughly 3–4 weeks.
